水冷式冷水机特点:
高品质压缩机
作为冷水机的心脏，安士佳选择欧美日全新原装压缩机，内置安全保护，低噪音，省电耐用。
高效蒸发器
1.盘管水箱式：不锈钢厚质水箱式蒸发器，采用进口高纯度铜管制造，内置自动补水装置，省去工程安装中的彭胀水箱，方便安装保养，并适用于大温差小流量等特殊场合。
2.壳管式：高效紫铜管内螺纹蒸发器（备注：如果使用封闭式水箱，建议采用壳管式蒸发器）
水冷式冷凝器
外螺纹铜管制作，散热量大，体积小巧。运用最新CAD/CAM设计制作，配合CNC加工中心制作完成，结构紧凑，高效节能。
机组配置
配置精密电子温度控制器，精确控制水温于5~45度以内，内置压缩机超负载保护器，循环水泵超负载制，系统低压力异常保护器，高效进口干燥过滤器及臌账阀，维修手阀接口等装置，确保了机器可靠安全运行，方便了保养维修
可选择的水泵装置
根据用户工程设计要求配备进口高效节能水泵，使安士佳冷水机安装使用快捷方便。
多功能操作面板
操作面板上装有电流表，控制系统保险，压缩机及水泵开关按钮，电子温控制器，各安全保护故障灯，显示冷水出口、冷水入口和设定温度选配，机组启动运转指示灯，使用方便。
安士佳冷水机有单机、双机、多机组合，能源效率高，内部布局合理，有效降低能耗，所有冷媒系统管道皆为铜管，并采用无缝焊接，经过工业造型设计，外形美观，优化人机关系。
安装简便
1)运转平衡安全，振动小，安装简单；
2)机组结构紧凑，占地面积小，重量轻，容易搬运；
3)控制界面直接显示故障内容，方便及时了解故障并排除
4)出厂前完成各种性能测试,完成接线客户只需连接进、出水管和电源即可运行，减少安装时间和费用。
特殊设计
1)机组可根据机房条件，灵活设计外形尺，便于节省空间。
2)多种冷媒选择，机组可提供R22、R407C、R134a、R410等冷媒介质。
3)根据用户方的控电要求选择电源50HZ~60HZ，还可根据用户要求订做冷水机组及各类防腐、盐水等高电压非标机组。
